Return & Warranty Policy

30-Day Free Returns
At Topsofts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery. For orders over $99, return shipping is free.

To start a return, please contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label. We cannot accept return requests submitted after 30 days.

Return Conditions:

  • Pre-owned devices: Must be in the same condition as sold, free of passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, and any locks (such as SIM or password locks). All original accessories must be included. Devices with damage or excessive wear after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Brand-new devices: Must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened or used new devices cannot be refunded.

Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 4 business days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


Warranty Coverage

All devices purchased from Topsofts include a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturer or refurbishment defects. During the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the device at no cost if a covered defect occurs. If repair or replacement isn’t possible, store credit or a refund may be provided.

Please note:
Physical damage, misuse, or accidental damage voids the standard warranty. In these cases, repair services may still be available at your own cost.


TopsoftsCare Protection Plan (Optional)

For extra peace of mind, TopsoftsCare is available for purchase. This plan extends protection to cover accidental damage, including drops, spills, and cracks—things the regular warranty does not cover.

TopsoftsCare Benefits:

  • Covers accidental drops, spills, and physical damage.
  • Unlimited repairs up to the device's purchase price.
  • Replacement or reimbursement if the device is beyond repair.
  • Optional coverage of 13 or 24 months.
  • Fixed service fee of $50 per approved claim.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear.
  • Intentional damage or misuse.
  • Lost or stolen devices.
  • Data loss or recovery.
