Free Shipping
Topsofts offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99. Expedited 2-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
We ship via UPS and USPS, with estimated delivery times based on location:
Western U.S.: 1-2 business days
Central & Eastern U.S.: 3-5 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are handled the next business day.
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Changes cannot be made after the order is placed. Topsofts is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Delivered But Not Received Claims
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, you must submit a claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
For high-value orders over $200, we typically require a signature upon delivery to prevent loss or theft. For lower-value orders, packages may be left without a signature at the carrier's discretion.
